Up, carrying forth magic
From dunes,waves from
My hometown Noordwijk a/z

Sand Dancing allright

Delicious visit to secluded beach
Villa, we dined on spaghetti w
Slowsimmered tomatoesauce,
Lucky I got all the roasted garlic,
Topped w huge'head on shrimp'
From the broiler, nibbling on
Fried broccoli leaves, fennel slivers.ofcourse next day spaghetti&shrimp
Tasted even better:
Zelda missed out on this!

Sunday@the beach

Salty wind blowing away
Worries, wants and have t do's
Just seagulls breathing same air
As I do,watching clams on the shore
Sea's crashing waves breaking
Open emotions,locked up inside
Spilling onto the sand,
Released into the ocean
On this,thank you
Sun Day !

Delicious Lunch

Cool sunny summerday
Breeze t go vegetable hunting:
Red crunch radish,firm cream colored
Cauliflower,tender emerald zucchini,
Grassgreen stringbean,& babybokchoy.
2 champagne glasses of water to boil
In stainless steel pot,w lid
Roiling boiling water, let vegetables
Swim, add pinch of salt, cover
After 5-7 minutes carefully drain:
Save light green broth,
Shock veggies in cold shower& dry off
Pour champagneglass full of broth:
While that chills
To 1 soupspoon sesamepaste add
2 soupspoons of hot remainder
Broth, stirring smooth w teaspoon soy
& spicy pepper flakes
Artfully arranged or tossed in bowl
Drizzle w sesame sauce,
Receive joy&smile delicious lunch
