'Boerenkool met Worst' :

2pounds of Yukon Gold potatoes
Cut into 2/3" pieces& cover w water boil
10minutes drain, then add
2cups warm milk
1bunch of chopped Kale
Mash together blend in
1/2stick of butter, salt t taste
Grated nutmeg&
Sliced Smoked Sausage preheated
Fold this delicious mess together
Let it 'wilt' in warm place (oven)
