Zucchini Blossoming on your plate...

Delicious way to use yesterday's rice:
2 cups of precooked rice add
3 Chopped scallions, sliced mushroom etc.
1egg & pinch of salt ,blend together carefully
Fill each blossom w 2 tbl spoon of mix
Place in preheated cast iron pan (w drop of oil)
Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes each side&
Done....Bon Appetit !
